I am now on Facebook. I had some issues with it the first of the summer. I got locked out of my profile. I still have not been able to get back into my original profile so i just made a new one. It has been fun! Ryan is not a fan of Facebook and has made fun of me this whole time. So, come find me if your on Facebook, But look for Heather Kellow not Heather Townsend Kellow. That one has a bad picture and is the one I can't open. Come and be my friend!
Caden a few months ago (yes I am just now getting to this!) went to stay with Papa and Honey on their boat. Papa bought him a "Cars" fishing pole and he loved fishing. Addie is now dying to get a "Princess" fishing pole and her trip to "the boat". Only my princess would want a fishing pole.
The excited dog in the middle is Nash. He is our new graduate from beginner puppy class. We are taking the summer off, but may return in the fall. Nash is such a good dog. He really will do anything for a treat. Not so much if his girl friend Izzy is within reach. Good boy Nash!
Today we made these cute robins’s egg nest in celebration of Easter. I got the idea from my friend Joanna. Caden and I made them together and that was really fun spending time with my little man. Addie was too busy feeding her baby water and digging out all my plastic cups, spoons and plates. At least it kept her busy while we made the nest. It was also a nice chance to talk with Caden about Jesus and what Easter really means to Christian. That lead to what is a Christian. I just hope I was clear. It can be hard explaining such big topics in little boy language. Happy Easter!
Well, My Friends we have started our 4th season of Soccer here in the Kellow house. This season is a big one for us too. This is Addie's first year to play soccer. She made the 3 year old deadline by a week. With that it is safe to say she IS the youngest on her team. She was a real trooper at her first practice. Ryan did say she was there for about 5 minutes when she asked to go to the playground. The game was a totally different story. No big deal that I forgot my camera this picture is all you would have seen. She stayed by my side most of the game. I say most because, she did run on to the field when I told her she could go play on the playground if she went out and played. Well, everyone was so happy for her getting onto the field they all started yelling her name. It just freaked her out and she ran right off crying. That is when I got a loving "i told you so" look from Ryan. Maybe he was right she may not be ready for soccer this year, any way it may be a long season.
The above pictures are of my CRAZY husband and his two crazy side kicks. I have to say he comes by it honestly. His Dad, who use to kayak down the Mississippi, said my husband was crazy for running a 1/2 marathon in the freezing rain. Really!
My parents and Ryan's were all in Nashville to celebrate the kids' birthdays this same weekend. Only Caden, Mr. Dan and I made it out in the rain just in time to see Ryan finish. I am supportive but not so supportive that I would get up before the sun to cheer him along the way. Way to go Sweetie! Your crazy but I love you!
